We have used them a couple of times (Turkey tour, and trip from San Francisco to LA. ) Everything they arranged went very well.
This year we went to see them, with a view to going to Cuba, but they talked us out of going as it would be virtually impossible to go to US in future.
They have a big office in Newcastle where you can just call in without appointment.

I'd never use them myself as besides their Tory link it's pretty easy to sort things yourself online these days. On many of their trips they are just agents for other companies like Explore, Exodus, Gadventures etc
