Can't even begin to comprehend how it must feel to be robbed of your whole life because prosecutors didn't disclose vital evidence to the defence.

Only eligible for $175,000 compensation too.

Noteworthy that he was originally sentenced to death before that was 'reduced', this is a lesson to anyone who says that we should bring back the death penalty.

This reminds me of the amazing segment on Question Time I think it was when Ian Hisplop takes Priti Patel to task on this very subject. I'll see if I can find a link to it.
 
I knew he’d be black before I even clicked on the link. The disproportionately high numbers of miscarriages of justice against black people in the US is astonishing. Often convicted by all white juries.
