A masterclass in shithousery at the end.

Shithousery: A Chiefly British term for underhanded conduct or gamesmanship in a sport, with the intention of gaining an advantage. Typically refers to association football

Seeming as you do such a good job with your research here’s a definition..

Shithousery is one of my favourite words. I’m glad we played a bit at the end. I was saying to a lad at work the other day how the Boro don’t really use the ‘dark arts’ ‘field craft’ like other teams do

Yes, my research has to be reasonably thorough.
Accuracy is really important.
I take your comment as a complement.
I`l stick with "gamemanship" - thanks - a polite catch-all term to describe cheating, deception and insincere behaviours.
Sounds educated and informed
Thank you (y)

I spent almost 10 hrs researching the info for the Matchday thread, so I couldnt be bothered.
Whats the answer young man?
My answer is in the link you absolute knob

because you were too lazy to type it into google.com I did it for you

Obviously your resources are more precious than us mere plebs so wouldn't want to take you away from taking ten hours to set up a match day thread by spending 5 seconds googling a definition, so made it easy on your tired little hands.

Hope you've rested up

Your reply is sufficient.
Many thanks. (y)

I absolutely adore shithousery, it adds to the intimidation factor, you know if you're 1 down here they're going to absolutely make tools out of you until the very end from 85 minutes onwards. I'm a big fan!

Even Leo joined in when he handed a Cov player the ball and dropped it on the floor with a 'sorry mate' expression.

I'm no fan of it to tell you the truth. Especially Paddy gaining fouls the way he does.
Love McNair. Absolute master of getting free kicks. I laugh my head off every time he does it. Works every single time.

Joe Lumley's time-wasting skills are almost Dimi-esque. Now he just needs to practice how to fall down in a heap clutching his leg without anyone near him 🤣
