Regardless of conversations about ability etc, is there an actual rule that would prevent a woman playing in a mens team.?

I think that you can see it becoming more apparent in backroom teams, so most top flight male professionals will be used to working with women already.I’ve Never understood why there are no female managers though in the pyramid as it’s about knowledge not physique
Yes they talked about it but that was in the crazy days of Luciano Gauci when he’d do or say anything for publicity he is the one that signed gadaffis son Saadi from juve ( he was only their as a token for tan oil).I remember Perugia a few years ago, although dont think it actually happened.
Serie A Perugia on verge of signing female player
PERUGIA could be within a week of becoming the first leading men's football club to sign a female player.www.irishexaminer.com
Look at the Chelsea manager she’s son it all in the womens game so what’s really left.I think that you can see it becoming more apparent in backroom teams, so most top flight male professionals will be used to working with women already.
Doctors, physios, fitness staff (like Boro have) and we're in an era where the best male managers weren't necessarily high achieving players, so female managers won't be far off.
can you imagine the misogyny if they went through a bad spell thoughLook at the Chelsea manager she’s son it all in the womens game so what’s really left.
So why wouldn’t say a progressive club say like a forest green take a chance on her
Yes. From about 14 females cant play in male football.Regardless of conversations about ability etc, is there an actual rule that would prevent a woman playing in a mens team.?

Because she'd laugh and tell them not to be so silly.Look at the Chelsea manager she’s son it all in the womens game so what’s really left.

That’s very true but if you remember before wenger they big phrase in the English game to shout down us mere mortals was caps on the table. How can you comment when you’ve never played at such and such a level where’s your caps etccan you imagine the misogyny if they went through a bad spell though
There's no way any female footballer will ever push being able to play professionally in the men's game, as we all know exactly what would happen.
In terms of managers however, I could very easily see the likes of Emma Hayes or Sarina Weigman managing in the upper echelons of English football in future. What doesn't help their cause however is the likes of the Arsenal manager being a male who nobody has ever heard of.
She was on the radio before saying she's won everything and happy to stay where she is, rather than struggling at the bottom end of the 'male' football league. She believes her own hype that she should jump straight into a top job.Look at the Chelsea manager she’s son it all in the womens game so what’s really left.
So why wouldn’t say a progressive club say like a forest green take a chance on her
Because she thinks she's better than that - last year Wimbledon (I think) were rumoured to be looking at her, and she basically said she wasn't interested at that levelSo why wouldn’t say a progressive club say like a forest green take a chance on her
Im using wenger as I’m highlighting how English outdated attitudes have changed drastically in the last 10 years or so. Arsene who were the headlines who did he play for etc Where’s his caps. What doesn't help their cause however is the likes of the Arsenal manager being a male who nobody has ever heard of.
