I love the scene from the one when Del Boy gets Rodney a job as a nightwatchman and grandad tells him about when he was a security guard and he had an inkling somebody was on the rob so every night he stopped him and searched his briefcase and the rest is hilarious and has me in tears every time.
 
Agree that you can just watch them over and over. Still make me laugh. I love this scene with the late John Challis. "I AM HERE!'

Not a lot of people say this is their favourite part: but mine is the part in the episode they paint the Chinese restaurant. In particular, the moment Rodney realises it was Del who called the restaurant as a health inspector.

"Oh I had a telephone call from
a man, he did not give his
name, but he tell me, ‘Get you
kitchen painted or you be in
big trouble. John."

Gets me every time
