Had to turn it off, Rik was my comedy hero and the only celeb death that's ever impacted me in any way.
Ade's epitaph to Rik in the immediate aftermath of his death was perfect and brought me to tears ..... The b@stard!

Rik Mayall was a genius, he’s a little before my time but I was brought up on his comedy, I think the first non child friendly film I saw was drop dead Fred.
