Check, iv'e had it before (early in year) still managed to get it (in fact got it free several times over the last few years).

I've had a problem with All 4 on my Mac, but it seems to have cleared up using Firefox rather than Safari, if that might be of any help.

I think it's a contractual thing rather than a fault with the app
