Anybodys ticket not turned up for Cardiff?

My ticket hasn't arrived & am down here in Oxfordshire. Anybody know if I can get a duplicate at Cardiff?

Did you contact the Boro ticket office during office hours?
Try tomorrow morning. But go to Cardiff early enough to show proof of purchase to their ticket office.

Unfortunately I didn't get home till after 5.30pm today.
Ticket office says closed tomorrow too at the Riverside. Was looking at leaving here just before 8am as a mission on trains etc.
Don't know whether to risk it or not with tho hope of contacting ticket office on the way to Cardiff.
Just don't wanna make a wasted journey if I get there & have no ticket

Cheers, just going through Newport so gunna head upto ground. No answer from MFC ticket office, on hold for ages so guessing they are closed as per website hours

This must be very common problem this season.
Proof of purchase should work at Cardiff.
