Anyone having probs with sky broadband

Went off about 11.30ish last night but thought nothing of it and went to bed. Got up and still not working....not a problem with my phone. Tried all the things it's asked on the sky hub but still nothing. Just checking there's no problems in the area before I ring up...thanks
 
It's fixed now thanks, went on the website and said there was an outage in the area I'm in (norton) didn't say that originally. Came back on about 8.20ish
