Are you watching Michael Carrick

Are you trying to tell me they worked on that in training and it paid off.
If it did , then that's even more worrying .
I’d be more worried if Carrick wasn’t trying new tactics..

Like another poster I was really disappointed the team listened to the North Stand (and others) rabble yesterday and started pumping the ball into the box for their giant defenders to deal with in their sleep.

Carrick does need to cut that nonsense out.

the reason we are taking so many short corners is no one has the balls to put in a long set piece. It was then same last year we even had McNair taking them. The surprising thing is Barlaser had a great record at Rotherham taking direct corners but he doesn't seem to want to take responsibility here

This thread deserves one too.

We have one player (Lenihan) who is good at attacking headers in the opposition box. That's a monumentally easy threat to neutralise from a physically adept Millwall team. No point lumping it in the box just to concede possession so easily.

Let me guess, you're one of them who screams "get rid of it" or "not in there" when the keeper recieves a back pass!
