Arsenal and their Gigantic Flags.....

I was watching the Liverpool v Fulham game and you could hear the piped music at the start of the game to get the fans singing.

Leeds always played Marching on Together over the tannoy.

I don’t mind it tbh, ok it looks very staged but in the end it’s just a flag. The unfortunate thing is that we’ve gone very American in our culture, soon kids will be weened on Cola instead of breast milk, maybe that’s happening already judging by the amount of young people with obesity and diabetes issues.

Funnily enough I was watching the boro v Chelsea first ever Riverside game the other night and it was incredible the number of foam hands on display. Thank god that died out, very cringe.

Arsenal and Emirates is smashing.
The atmosphere is great and not contrived at all.
Proper club.

Give over, they only found their voices last season when they were challenging for the league, before that it had been like a morgue for years.

Arsenal's pre-match atmosphere has improved at least in the last season since they all started to sing that song written by a fan for them "North London Forever"

Anyway seem to recall we unfurl a gigantic flag and have "flag days" I don't quite understand the complaints.

I think they look alright, myself, but I do feel sorry for the people, who are presumably Arsenal fans, that have to immediately start waving a massive flag rather than enjoying the goal.

Not sure if it's a fan led or club led display.
