I have no problem whatsoever with former players celebrating when scoring against us. I would be less happy if it was a really key goal that got us relegated or stopped promotion when it was a nothing game for them but in 99% of situations it's fine. I would expect a player to be trying their hardest to do the job for their new team and celebrating when you score is part of that.
I always find it a bit disingenuous when players don't celebrate. It's a bit like badge kissing. You know it's meaningless and they'd do the same to their current team if they left them.

Maybe.
I thought he went to celebrate but actually held back deliberately to show a bit of respect. I'm glad he celebrated, it was a huge goal for his team.

He didn't bottle it, that's a deliberate tactic they've used on other occasions this season. Let the player with the ball take any flack/mind game comments from the keeper/opposition, then pass the ball onto the real penalty taker at the last minute.

Lacked class was the nicest thing you could say about him. Would hate to think any Boro fan would post a positive Bamford thread in the future.Clearly a guy who thinks very little of the club that made him. I remember being hammered on here for describing him as a snake for joining Norwich after they beat us in the play offs. Still think he is a snake.
