Best beach in Uk

So many different types of beach.
I loved Sango Sands, Ceannebeinne, and Balnakiel all near Durness; Olshoremoremore, Polin and Sandalwood Bay; all on the north coast of Scotland.
Whistling Sands Porthor and Porth Iago on the Llyn in NW Wales
Barafundle, Freshwater West, Broadhaven South, Marloes all in fabulous Pembrokeshire SW Wales
Rhossili and Three Cliffs Bay on the Gower South Wales
Woolacombe and Saunton Sands in North Devon.
Gwithian & Towans and almost countless North Cornish bays.

But my favourite is Porthcurno just round from Lands End in Cornwall. It is just fabulous.

We do have some absolute crackers along the North Sea Coast from Berwick down to Filey.
Yes Porthcurno is stunning with the Minack Theatre perched on the cliff top

Porthcurno - on a quite day. Sand is bright white and made up of tiny fragments sea shells. Gives the sea the most fantastic hue.

No-one's mentioned Whitley Bay yet. Apart from me. But then I would, wouldn't I?

Although Tynemouth's probably nicer from a "classic beach" perspective.

But a shout out for the stretch from Seaton Sluice up to Blyth (classic dunes behind it) and the stretch at Whitburn south of Souter Lighthouse - some stunning rock formations down there.
