Big Sam, not really a big man

I had the misfortune to meet Sam at a Legue Managers annual do, as I worked indirecty for the Nationwide, Was up till two in the morning drinking with him and his rather obnoxious son (a football agent, sounds like a conflict of interest to me). Two of the worst bullies i have ever met, on the night they were semi-polite but there was an undercurrent.

Not sounds like. Actually was!

The final report of the Stevens inquiry, published in June 2007, expressed concerns regarding the involvement of father and son Allardyce in a number of transactions, however found no evidence of criminal wrongdoing, stating: ″The inquiry remains concerned at the conflict of interest that it believes existed between Craig Allardyce, his father Sam Allardyce – the then manager at Bolton – and the club itself.″[2] In Summary, the Stevens Report stated: "there is no evidence of any irregular payments to club officials or players, and they are identified only as a consequence of the outstanding issues the inquiry has with the agents involved."

What made you believe they were bullies?

I beg to differ because I understand he drinks pints of wine . Should that be the case he’s a much bigger man than me 🤭

I had the misfortune to be on a flight with his son.
Drunken boorish bullying, "do you know who I am"

Always remember the interview I saw of lard head in the premier inn Bristol on the way to the cup final whilst having my breakfast.

McClaren had just been on saying how big for the club, fans , chairman etc..

Fat Sam comes on doing his and says it’s about him and his grandson who was mascot... may have been tongue in cheek but didn’t sound like it
