Boris Johnson's green plan is a pipedream. For example.
He wants plans in place to replace all gas boilers with hydrogen boilers by 2023. One small issue is there are zero hydrogen boilers on the market for sale. Prototypes are still been designed, one isn't even ready yet and nobody knows the cost of them yet.
Once we have a prototype what Boris also fails to realise is 20-30% of the iron pipe network would need replacing to handle hydrogen. That's not forgetting that every single gas trained plumber in the country would need retraining.

Hes floundering now hes sacked all the experienced civil servants [or resigned] who could help formulate proposals for a "green" strategy.

Rumour has it that Boris Johnson will soon announce plans to build a 'moon bridge', complete with space trees to help the space environment.
