Boro Goal Scoring Record Question

Can anyone name a player who has signed for us in the last 10-15years whos goal per game scoring record has improved while at us.
The only player that I can think of is Watmore.

This isn't a dig at such, it just seems we are cursed when it comes to goal scoring players who have proven records but then cant seem to sustain or better this with us. Not just strikers either there are many Midfield (Clayton) or Defender (Flint) examples too.

Bamford just about edges it but its close, he failed on a few loans where he didnt play much but his main teams
Boro 33 in 97 = 2.9
MK 21 in 44 = 2.1
derby 8 in 23 = 2.8

Mcnair
sunderland 7 in 28 = 4
boro 9 in 121 = 13.4

Ayala - Is a good one he actually does + for a 1 off season 17/18 he gets 7 in 34!!

I like it when we break players. They score at every club they've played for. Then they play for us. Then they never score for any of the clubs they play for subsequently. I think Michael ricketts went about 5 seasons without scoring after leaving us.

I guess if you consider he played at championship for us, but he was league two at Barnet, then he improved further with us.
