Boro's Aussie commentator

I get it, it’s great that he’s a a Boro fan and the story is nice etc etc.

But I’m starting to find it a bit forced, I mean he is a content creator/youtuber at the end of the day. I cringe when I see other club’s supporters doing the same thing.

Sorry for being miserable if that’s how it comes across 🫣

I think it’s an age thing, I really can’t fathom this content creator phenomenon, doesn’t seem to require a talent or even having something interesting to say🙄

Yeah, it’s probably that, his target audience is definitely the younger fans who’ve grown up with people reacting to things! Fair play to him for building an audience though.

OK I get that but after spending 48 years supporting the Boro and watching the team and town getting slagged off by all and sundry, I just take a little joy from someone with little initial connection to the Boro becoming a fan. The thing that really boils my p*** is the born and bred Teessider's who support ( with no real connection ) Livercrap, Man U and of course just lately Man C

As some one who moved here from Scotland as 12 your old kid, and within weeks of watching his first Boro match became a life long fan ( 48 years and counting ) i kind of enjoyed the story.

That’s great, like I said it’s a nice story. Just like Yusuf.

Just find these kind of videos a bit OTT, just my opinion.

“Chooba wooba “

I enjoyed that - lovely to see an Aussie spreading the love and who cares who it is aimed at.

I can kinda get where you are coming from,on a wider scale if I ever met anyone who described themselves as an "influencer" I would want to kick them in the knackers!

Seems like a nice enough enthusiastic guy but I can't stand that ridiculous laugh every time we score. It's like he's the joker or something. Makes it unwatchable for me.
