That scoreline flattered Man City. Brighton were very unlucky and definitely deserved something from the game.

Pretty much how I feel about Foden.
I don't bet, but whenever I see posts like this, I wonder whether I should.
Every tip I've ever read on here has been completely wrong. Just bet on the opposite result and make a fortune.
Whatever possesses people to predict with such certainty - then when it's shown to be hopelessly wrong, compound it with "they deserved to get something out of the game".
Yes, Brighton didn't deserve to lose 0-10, and so good for them, it was just 0-4. That bit was right.

Agree boring, I find Arsenal boring too as Arteta has Arsenal playing the same style.
I prefer watching Liverpool, Man U, Chelsea out of the bigger teams, they have quality but can’t control games for the full 90 so is more entertaining.
I’m probably a football philistine but possession football just bores me.

If City win the league - which they're favourites to do, the Player of the Year has to be between him and Rodri.
What Foden has done this season is incredible. He's improving year on year and just keeps getting better.

There’s no such thing as a football “philistine”.
Tiki-taka and Geigenpress were exciting concepts when first introduced but most styles have a “shelf life” in terms of both effectiveness and popularity.
Both styles have developed since then but both will eventually become so widely used that they are either no longer effective, or no longer exciting to watch. They haven’t reached that point yet but something will replace them eventually.
In fact we might even go full circle and see keepers booting it out of their hands again one day.

I did think it was a pen - however the Brighton lad - did stop running & left his legs behind, when he 'felt contact' - which made it ( as with most pens a 50-50 call )
if he'd just kept running it would have been a pen, I'd have thought..
