Camping sites - good for kids

As anyone got any good recommendations for campsites within a couple of hours drive that’s good for kids?

Thinking basics but with play area/adventure trails that kinda thing! Checked google but hard to tell so working on recommendations instead!

Akebar Park near Leyburn used to be good but not been for a few years.

We've stayed at Hillcroft near Pooley Bridge a few times and that's got nice facilities and plenty for kids.

Enjoy camping with the cast of Shameless, enjoy the home comforts and loud Teesside Accents shouting above everyone else.

I am in no way a snob but we camped here last minute a couple of months ago and dear god it was horrific.

Will second Golden Square and Hillcroft Park.
Also Dunstan Hill C +CC site, really good site, close to village of Embleton and also has a path leading from the site down to thd beach.

Rosedale Abbey, Brompton caravan park ( near Richmond) , chote ghyle( Osmotherley) all good for kids .
