Can anyone recommend an all in one printer/scanner/copier for about £100?

To run with a couple of Windows 10 laptops, occasionally an Android tablet.
Probably an inkjet printer, don't print enough to justify ink tank or laser.
I don't print photos.
A4 paper, no need for A3.
Must be reliable, and not lose the network for hours when I need to print something.
Replacement cartridges need to be reasonably priced, not the price of a good night out.
And ideally, easy to install, although they seldom are. Printer manufacturers seem to insist on their own installation programs when Windows 10 is already well equipped.

I'd be grateful for any recommendation.
 
I'm looking myself but need Big Sur compatability with a built in scanner. It only prints in mono though.
Just to add - I have hand Inkjet printers in the past and it becomes a nightmare if not used regularly. There shouldn't be an issue with a laser printer
