Cardiff city away ?

Never been before , I'm tempted to go to tick off a new ground , and the cheap tickets are a bonus !
Is it a decent away trip ? Any info appreciated

Yes excellent away trip, good atmosphere at the ground , plenty of places to visit around Cardiff and it's usually kicking in the centre on Saturdays, even at 11am

Stadium is about 35 minutes walk from the centre i.e. walkable.

Train station is close the centre.

City of Cardiff is busy with lots of pubs and eateries. Some interesting specialist shops down the shopping arcades. A lot of under 35s from surrounding areas come to drink and socialise on a Saturday, like Newcastle.

If you are into culture there is Cardiff Castle and a major Art Gallery all close to the Centre. Within the Castle there is a Welsh Military Museum.

Near the Stadium there is mainly trading estates and less to do.
