He's just justifying the point to the fan base who critise how much he pays up each month to keep the club going. Trouble is alot of the issues and losses are down to his idiotic decision making

I sent a £25 cheque to Boro in 1986, they eventually sent it back after the club was saved. Its amazing what crazy things you would do if your club is about to disappear. I still have the letter from Colin Henderson in the loft somewhere.
