Some interesting reading in the linked article about how cheap the Council sell property in Middlesbrough - for example they accepted £400,000 for the TAD Centre (Berwick Hills?) the price of studio flat in London - Approx £800,000 for Vancouver House - large office block. Acklam Hall approximately £900,000.
