Chelsea home leg ticket question

Trying to buy my seats for Chelsea and its showing mine and family's season ticket seats have been sold? What's going on? I thought our seats are available to us until it goes on sale to the next priority band?

I normally buy them straight away but haven't this time. Are people allowed to just buy any seat since its a cup fixture?

Log in to the ticket site then click on where it says 'Hello (your name)".

Your saved seats will be available from the next screen.

Your seats are shown as not for sale. Not that they are sold. They are reserved for you.
Log in click on your name top right and you will see your tickets and follow advice on how to buy.
 
Thanks for the help everyone. This is the first time I've been in charge of sorting cup tickets for the family. Would be nicer if they made it easier but I suppose once you do it the first time it's easy

We have had so many away cup games we all got out of practice.
But yes I think we can suggest some instructions to the club.
 
I've added mine to the digital season card but in my wallet says next games Rotherham not villa or Chelsea

I've had this problem. I'm assuming the barcode/NFC code is still recognised at the turnstile. But that is an assumption.

Other problem being that the wrong seat could be shown on the digital ticket if you aren't in your usual seat

Could @fmttmadmin get confirmation of this? I would think we should have the 'download' option for digital season cards, but we don't for the Chelsea game.
 
It won't let me select a seat to move my son from his normal season ticket. Really annoying.

Edit - this only applies to the blocks they have opened in the South Stand.
 
Sorry. I have just seen these queries - I have contacted the club - probably hear back tomorrow.
Aside from this I read in the Digital Season Ticket Advice sticky thread that someone was still having problems with matches appearing in their mobile wallet. If anyone is still having these problems they can be resolved - if you message me. The football club can work out the issue from your Boro Ref no. Just get in touch with me and I can relay this and get it sorted for you.
 
So, in case anyone is looking to move to the South Stand for this - only tickets belonging to season card holders are available. If you select the normally unsold blocks the seat just flashes and then goes back to black.

Edit: they've now taken blocks 56/57 off sale. Obviously not meant to have been available.
 
Trying to buy a ticket for chelsea home leg. I am season card holder for north stand when i log in it doesnt offer me the option of my usual seat just anywhere in the north and the price is £25 not the £20 price for season ticket holders. Any ideas

I can't explain the price, as they're available till Monday at season ticket price, but the deadline for season ticket holders to reserve their own seat was 5pm today.

And they used to pull the voucher out when you got your paper tickets from the ticket office.

Must have got close to running out of vouchers the year we went to two cup finals.

Remember it well. Pretty sure we had to send a blank cheque to the club with a voucher for one of the matches as well, as we didn’t know what price bracket of ticket we were getting.
