Chelsea v Leeds tonight.

Evidently modern day referee David Ellery reviewed the match in 1997, and concluded that in the modern era, the sides would have received six red cards and twenty yellow card between them (and referee Michael Oliver thought 11 reds appropriate)! :)

Clearly ITV don't have the crowd silencing technology that sky do. Leeds busting out the old school classics 'build a bonfire' and 'we hate Cockneys'.

Also no 'we apologise for any bad language' from ITV. Refreshingly real time broadcasting 😂

I'm watching the Man U game.

So pleased that Rooney is in the studio tonight to give us his expert opinion on the game.

"Gary, obviously what's that white round thing called that they're all tying to kick? Obviously"

Not sure why ITV would go with Liverpool as their main match when there’s probably a 1 in 100 chance of an upset and more than likely a standard Liverpool win but shove Chelsea on ITV4 where is probably 50/50 on form

I appreciate I’m in a massive minority here but I don’t mind Leeds.

Great city (I was at University there back in the day) and genuine (if deluded) fans of the club.

Much rather see Leeds do well than Newcastle, Sunderland, Chelsea or the “big 6”

I don't think most people who weren't around in the 70s have any ambivalence towards Leeds. They're just another club to me.

Trying to think of the sweet that the Leeds kit reminds me of.
