It's difficult to overstate the impact of him and his staff.

The goal at QPR (where we kept possession for a ridiculous number of passes) would not have been possible under any manager I can think of.

would not swap him any other manager in the Championship or Premier, it is not just the results but you can actually enjoy watching the Boro now with the style of play also he come across as a really decent honest lad!

I think in my lifetime we've only had a footballing identity twice, once was Karanka and now with Wilder. I can see exactly how we play, exactly the kind of players that fit into the side, you just know what you're going to get from them every week.

First time we’ve scored more than 2 in a game all season let’s hope it continues .
You get the feeling wilder is one of a kind based on the heights he achieved at Sheffield united and his short time here already . We just need to offer him the best we can as a club and a good manager will reward that back .

Compare this to the team 4 months ago, we were an average mid table side who were going nowhere playing the worst kind of football imaginable. To turn us into this side in such a short space of time is just remarkable with almost the same squad.

I thought we had really messed up not going for Cooper but this is Gibsons best move in years.

This feels even slightly better than the Karanka sides
