If he gets these 3 goals, when will you be presenting him with this statue of yourself? This season has been a complete whirlwind since Carrick took over, hard to keep up sometimes. Easy to get caught up in the moment and fail to take stock.. Chuba Akpom is an absolute LEGEND
3 goals away from a statue..
of sorts..If he gets these 3 goals, when will you be presenting him with this statue of yourself?
Anthony Vickers put this together I think, he updates it every time he scores and puts a photo of it on his twitter. It's a very surreal experience after years of carthorses, donkeys and Gestedes to have this actual striker on the pitch.
I took my son on a stadium tour last week and they already have a little display up for him, which was nice to see amongst the memorabilia linked to the players of my youth.
Here is a stupid question (from an admittedly stupid bloke), if Chuba scores in the playoffs does that count towards his League tally for the season?
It's a shame he missed some games earlier in the season and Carrick wasn't here from the start, he could of been pushing towards 40 goals(if play offs are included in the season total)
That was exactly my first reactionIf he gets these 3 goals, when will you be presenting him with this statue of yourself?
He’s on 27 now tho..Anthony Vickers put this together I think, he updates it every time he scores and puts a photo of it on his twitter.

Hattrick on Wednesday.. most records are gone then aren’t they? He's now gone 8 homes games in a row scoring which puts him level with the record for the Championship. Would be good for him to break that on Wed night.
Out of interest does anyone know what the Boro record is for scoring in consecutive home games? Is he anywhere near breaking that record?

Wowwwwwwww!!! That is some going! It's surely George Camsell.
If I've counted right, he scored 26 goals in 10 consecutive home games in 1926.
