Cheers rkangel, as I mentioned before someone posted I have awful taste in music which others have jumped on BTH, I actually dont know what my musical taste is
I do genualy like every type of music, from the 40's to pop, glam rock, new rave, punk, new romantics, disco, northern soul, not too much mind
I would say, off the top of my head, the only type of music I couldn't listen to & wont have a song from that I think, now that's a beauty is, heavy metal
 
Probably my favourite feel good siong of all time & one of my favourite groups, the Undertones

 
Ah one day me and Scubes and Centralscrutinizer and Konrad and a few others may shock you with a bit of metal you'll like. But, like you, I like what I like and don't worry about labels and genres.

My dream day this Winter will be a cinema trip to see a triple bill of "The Sparks Brothers", "Annette", the film written by Sparks, and the film of the concert Edgar Wright filmed to accompany "The Sparks Brothers", which hasn't been released yet. I've seen the first two and loved them. The Maels are geniuses.
 
I like a bit of sparks erimus, who doesn't. They are not the jam but some good tunes from them.
 
Taking on board your love of Sweet and Slade I'll see Central's gambit and raise you Steppemwolf, "Born to Be Wild" It's just the American landscape laid out in music.

You most definitely do not have awful taste in music. Ignore them.
 
I am not sure there is any such thing as bad taste in music. I really like a bit of jazz.,some people don't. I like folk music, my wife doesn't.

Taste cannot be bad when applied to anything.

Erimus is getting teased is all.
