Click and collect - Boro shirt

Hi all

I ordered a couple of shirts last night, I had the initial confirmation email but the website states to not collect until a second one has been received. Has anybody done this method and received a second email? How long was you wait between ordering and the following email? I was hoping to collect it today as I'd be travelling past Middlesbrough on the way to see parents.

I ordered mine on Click and collect yesterday morning at 10:05, not had the confirmation email so calling the club shop now, currently been number 8 in the queue for the last 12 minutes!

Please let me know what they say? In all likelihood I'll just buy from the club shop and return the click and collect one as I was planning on buying it as a gift for someone this weekend, a bit frustrating. It can't be that hard to grab a small shirt form the shop and put it in west concourse!

Just a guess but it wouldn't surprise me if that stock comes from the warehouse rather than the actual shop itself. So you might be waiting for someone to do a warehouse run.
 
The stock does come from a different warehouse - before lockdown it was a day or two wait for click and collect

I'm at the Riverside now. They are just taking them from the shop. They're only up to 12pm yest today in terms of orders so I'll buy from shop and return the click and collect.
 
I rang and was on hold for about 20 minutes when they answered they then said my shirt was ready to collect. i went along (Without the second confirmation email) and they just pop next door into the club shop to pick up the shirt.
however, there was absolutely no queue at either the club shop or click and collect so if you've still not had your email, i'd give them a call and they might rush yours through so you can collect when passing
