Come on Brentford!

It's a difficult one for me. I'd love to see Brentford win but if we're allowed to away games next season then London is far easier to get to than Swansea.
 
Don't mind Swansea as a club, but their manager annoyed me this season, so I'm leaning towards Brentford.

Though there is something perversely enjoyable about Brentford always falling at the last hurdle.
 
Totally agree, though I wouldn't mind a trip to Brentford's new ground.....perhaps in 22/23, as long as we don't pass them going the other way :giggle: .....Swansea's snivelling manager and diving forwards deserve nowt.....

Had to be done Otto42, Willie was a footballing hero in my youth, the greatest uncapped England defender ever imho. The man who left Boro such a fantastic legacy for Rioch to build from. I have always had huge respect for him as player, manager and down to earth lovely human being.
 
Good luck Brentford. Under Karanka we had the hoodoo over them and you always felt we would come out on top.

I thought their chance of top flight football had gone in those couple of seasons and they’d lose their best players and slip away. But they haven’t.

They’ve kept finding gems and have a nice new ground.

After all these years of being nearly men I hope they do it. They deserve it.

Nothing against Swansea and it probably doesn’t help them being in our league cos they always seem to beat us but they’ve had time in the Prem. it would be nice to see someone new have a go.

Will miss Brentford away though.

Yeah. That's a good point. If Brentford go up I'll miss a Boro match that's a 5 minutes walk from my apartment! Plus was in the new stadoums away end the other day for a London Irish match. Not the character of Griffin Park but a really nice one for a new build. I really hope they do make it. 9 failed play offs must be playing on their mind though
 
You can just see that Cooper has got his team playing dirty. Been some bad challenges in first 15 minutes. Nothing wrong with getting stuck in, but don’t claim you’re a classy team when you’ve cheated your way to be where you are.

Hopefully his chickens are coming home to roost today.
 
Swansea should be down to 10 men. Grimes would have been off but for it being so early in the game imho. The ref was lenient for me as his challenge was endangering his opponent i thought
