Come on Sheffield Wednesday, Southampton and Huddersfield.

Can see Coventry losing (BTTS is a good bet in that game) but should be easy wins for Norwich and Preston. Although Norwich aren’t that strong away from home but have a good record V Sheff Wed.

It’s a huge game for Sheff Wed too so hoping that makes it a bit more of a leveller. They are capable of results under Rohl.

Even a draw would be good.

I too expect Coventry to get beat. Preston should win.

Fingers crossed but I can't see it.

Sheffield Wednesday were woeful against us and they needed the points just as much then too

Statistically it doesn't really change results towards the end of the season that a team is trying to stave off relegation. Although, to be fair I did the calculation for the prem not the championship.

A quick look at tonight's games and I think Norwich are the most likely to lose their away form is very poor whilst weds home form is adequate.

Coventry will make it hard for Southampton. A draw wouldn't surprise me.

Preston should probably beat Huddersfield but again a draw wouldn't surprise me.

I would expect us to roll over hull their home form is abysmal and we don't look nearly as soft as we did a month or two ago.

I would like to think we will gain some ground over the next 48 hours.

Southampton are in the same boat as we were at this stage last season (with a much better points total)

Disappointed to be out the automatic promotion race but guaranteed playoffs.

I wouldn't be surprised if their form dwindles.

You raise an excellent point. Everytime I swipe excelleny on my phone it auto corrects to 3D. Not relevant but quite interesting.

Anyhow Southampton's form both home and away is meh, but Coventry away are also much of a muchness.

It's why I said a draw wouldn't surprise me.

Coventry are an excellent side but will have one eye on the semi-final. I still expect them to get a result, and I've gone for 1-1.

I don't rate Preston - I consider our rivals to be Hull and Cov - but I think Huddersfield are capable of taking a draw there too - maybe all 3 points.

Sheff Wed, we just have to hope they get a fair wind. We saw how Norwich folded at the Riv as soon as thy had a man sent off. They're brittle.

Unfortunately, I don't have a great feeling about tomorrow. I think Hull have too much talent in forward areas, have their tails up after their last two performances, and we may get put to the sword. Our defensive solidity in recent games gives me hope. I'm hoping they get a bit complacent and the younger players don't handle the pressure...

Overall, I think Coventry deserve to be in the play-offs and will make the best go of the challenge. I might have a small wager on them getting to the cup final also - Man U are so beatable by an organised united team.
