Running against Nigel Cooke as well. Irrespective of political views, Nigel is not the sort of councillor a town like Stockton wants to lose if they want to get things done.
 
Every staff member who works at the McDonalds drive-thru in Stockton will have voted for him.

He keeps them in a job.
 
He's in Portugal at the moment.

He got a street artist to do a caricature drawing of him and asked everyone to comment, saying he would pick somebody at random and they'd win the drawing.

I'd have loved it if the artist had have deliberately sabotaged the drawing and drawn horns on his head or something.
 
His TikTok lives are pure cringe, I came across one and he was telling his followers his table number and telling them not to order him food or drink and then when they tried to ask him to leave he was trying to do his best djiaudits impression around the rules etc.

Surely the Wetherspoons thing got old about 5 years ago.

I don't even live on Teesside and I'm sick of seeing him. He's base ladbible fodder. Not surprised to see him representing Reform. To be fair to him, he is pretty good at marketing. Even if it's a any news is good news strategy.
 
He seems a nice enough guy. I think he's a Boro fan as when he was in Turkey he kept saying to the locals "I'm from Middlesbrough, you know Tuncay?".
