Crooks got my MOTM today, I thought he was excellent. I did read somewhere he's naturally a central player (MF/no 10), hence why he probably didn't look great against fulham as he was out wide.

I think he'll turn out to be a solid signing.

Will be a great addition. Was delighted when we signed him, love him in the position he played yesterday and his off the ball running. Gonna be a favourite here.

Ikpaezu MOTM for me, scored and assisted as well as doing a great job winning and holding the ball up throughout the game. But it was close. Crooks looks like he'll be amazing in that number 10 role.

I'm wondering if Warnock brought him in with the view of him almost being a 2nd target man. I noticed yesterday we seemed to play more long balls up to him than we did Ikpeazu.

I think we suffered last season not having a proper target man, but this season we should be able to be more effective playing the style Warnock aims for.
