Same as Dijksteel and Bola Warnock gets players believing in themselves and if you feel confident about yourself you will always stand out and that is down to his man management.

I wouldn’t swap him for a centre half in the division. On form which has been for about 95 percent of the season I don’t see anyone better in this league. Defensively he is class when he’s on it, he also makes McNair more comfortable. Sign of a good player

Fisher is doing a good man marking job but any other game i would play Dijksteel when fit over Fisher but he is doing a good job today.

I think we have been tough and rugged today and played some decent football at times but the biggest thing that as let us down is our short passing, a few times if the pass had the right weight on it we could of been in a good scoring position but like i said im happy with what ive seen.

Wasn't just under Woodgate. Didn't do too well when Warnock first came and he had doubts about him.

McNair plays where the manager tells him. Think he is growing into the role.
