Derby County fans have been reacting to today's defeat.

The Rams are bottom of the Championship after suffering a fifth defeat in six home league games.

They lost 2-0 to Barnsley, whose goals came from Conor Chaplin and substitute Victor Adeboyejo.

Here's what Derby fans have been saying on Twitter:

Garry Moore: People saying players aren’t good enough! We have some very good players at this club!! Just feel current system is so wrong and unsuited for the championship!

Forbes: The blame doesn’t fall on Cocu’s shoulders alone, the players also have a lot to answer for

Rob Turner: Don’t expect any new manager to turn this around quickly, as we have some tricky games to come and look in big trouble here. It’s how we are losing that is the biggest worry.

Bradley: If/When we get a new manager then my only hope is we get a united fan base and get behind the players and not moan about the managerial appointment.

Ash Thorne: Another game, another defeat, but we can’t blame the manager, he wasn’t there, and anyway he’s a nice bloke , can’t blame a nice bloke can we ?

Rammie: Just not good enough

Richard: With there being no fans in the ground it means the players aren’t held to account when they’re poor & at the same time they don’t get that ‘12th man’ factor. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out how important that is.

It was only last season I heard jim white on talk sport saying how well run a club derby is and what a good chairman Mel is, that wasn’t long after gibbo challenged them.
It’s great to see, surely clubs look at Leeds as a model too see how badly things can go wrong

Derby being relegated along with Sheffield Wednesday would be amazing.
Along with dirty Leeds and Boro go up
If Carlsbeg did seasons
Wheres YWSYGNF hiding these days? I miss his lame comments, running down Boro and spouting crap about Derby. Good to see that they are being handed their points deduction in instalments with each passing game. Karma. Rooney working a treat!! Wonder what that stadium is worth to Mel Morris now he is desperate to offload the club to the arabs.
Thanking his lucky stars the old board is still down.
