Digital season card - Step 6

I’ve had the letter today that my son is going digital, he’s gone onto 18/21 band.
We always use my boro account.
When I log in on the iPhone I get to step 6 and select his season card but there is no download option next to it.
Anybody else had this and rectified it?

Had to email the club. Unfortunately the people implementing this transition seem to have literally no idea what they’re doing. And that’s coming from someone who was generally in favour of the option of a digital card.
