Having just received an E-mail regarding the Digital Ticketing change. I ckecked my tickets on MyBoro Live. I don't have an option to Download yet. Should this appear straight away?

Having just received an E-mail regarding the Digital Ticketing change. I ckecked my tickets on MyBoro Live. I don't have an option to Download yet. Should this appear straight away?

It usually takes a bit for the download option to show after the update emails go out. Check again later today or tomorrow. If it still is not there, log out and back in or try the app version because it sometimes appears there first.
