Do we want Norwich to run away with it?

I'm thinking through the variables and I'm wondering is it better for our chances of Norwich pull away and let the rest of us top 8/9 teams get into a dogfight?

Any stattos views would be appreciated.
 
I suppose it depends on whether you want to be wildly unrealistic optimistic and be aiming at automatic promotion or settling for a playoff place.

Leeds almost got dragged back into the playoff mix last season after early domination. If confidence fades, it could leave two places for automatic promotion. Preferably Norwich start losing to bottom 6 clubs, who we are well clear of!

TBH we looked at it that way thinking with no money coming in would NW acheive another minor miracle & push us further on, he's proved yet again, how his management skills he lifts players confidence, has them running through brick walls for him & a team united that could result in us winning promotion & NW gaining his 11th promotion
 
I'm just thinking more as in would it be beneficial to us if they did..
I'll take the consensus view and say feck Norwich and it's all about what we do! Only need to win the next 7 or so and were back on 2 points a game!!! 🤣
 
Do we what do. It wasn’t that long ago everyone - ish - was in awe at Reading running away with it. Now we’re (just) above them.

Only Brentford around us in the next 7 games, and Brum to play again.
 
Just had a look at Norwich's form and noticed Ben Gibson has been absent from their squad in recent times. Assume he's injured as doubt he'd be recalled by Dyche?

So we are only a point better off than our rivals? I would prefer it if everyone took points off each other leaving two places up for grabs going into the last couple of months.
 
I dont mind us going up in second place.
I had us at 16 / 1 for automatic promotion at the start of the season, and an each-way if we got up through the play-offs.
If we get promoted via the play-offs at the end of the season I`l be happy ;@))(y)
