Do you think Carrick still wants to manage us?

MC has been a great addition to what was previously an absolute mess, so I’m not going to say anything negative about him because let’s face it we haven’t had a good time with the crazy injury situation this season which for the most part has been nothing short of a disaster.

Moreover, I doubt any team with the sort of injury carnage MC has had to deal with would have fared any better, so overall he’s done ok given his experience.

Many fans however want instant results and everything rosy-lea most weekends but after you takeoff your rose-tinted specs and look at what we have to offer upfront then maybe we’re not being honest with ourselves.

Let’s hope we can get Latte and Jones back soon so we can at least have a grandstand push for the playoffs.
He must share some of the blame for our injury crisis as we never had so many players out before is he running them into the ground in training.

Well he's been let down but he's professional enough to keep any ill feeling (if he has any) to himself. Impossible to know.

Some new manager will come in & bring players that are left out in the cold like mcnair who is a midfeilder that can play in defence & we will say why didnt he play there before with a good result instead of thinking of getting him off the books.

Scott. The squad has significantly less quality than it did this time last year
In your opinion. Scott and Carrick and Gibson may hold the view that there is significantly more potential upside in the squad. Without being on the inside and privy to discussions, its just your opinion and a few others being bandied around as fact.

As other people have said before, this bedwetting is tiresome.

If we don't make a massive push then he may be under pressure to keep his job.

I support Carrick, and I think many of us have almost given him a free pass this season due to the injury crisis, but we're now not too far away from having a fully fit squad.

I've been questioning some of his decisions as of late. His team selection was wrong at the weekend, and I also feel his in-game management was poor.

He's learning on the job and it's shown at times this season.
Not sure about the fully fit squad part - Latte Lath, Jones, Coburn, Lenihan, Smith. 4 of them are probably first choice picks.
