Does anyone else wonder where the time has gone?

Time didn't seem to move particularly fast until I had my daughter, who will be 3 in a couple of months - that's what gets me, as it doesn't seem like yesterday we were in the hospital having her.

I'm sure I'll blink again and she'll be going to school, Uni, leaving home etc
My son was born on my 32nd birthday. My best mate said at that time "just think, when your son is old enough to legally drink, you will be 50". On my son's 18th birthday party, which seemed like a moment after his birth, my best mate reminded me of my age.
Frightening 🫣

I can remember when I was 10 thinking about the millennium. I thought I would be really old when it came around as I would be 42.
66 now and still don't feel old but a bit achey.

I was 44 when I had my little girl and so am probably going to be an old man when she has her 18th.

I think about this a lot as well. Mine just turned 2 last month. Simultaneously feels like the last two years have raced by, and that its hard to really imagine life before her.
