Done it. But there was a load of questions. And they will need to do the draw quickly - the EFL Trophy final is on Sunday.
 
I did it a couple of weeks ago. Far too many questions, but I wanted my views on gambling represented, so I completed it.
 
It was far too long
I got 10 mins in and got bored of it.
I replied to the club on their twitter and Facebook to tell them but I don’t suppose it’ll do anything.

You're right, because you should have replied you the League. It's their survey.
 
This survey keeps freezing for me and glitching won't let you move onto the next question. Not sure if this is due to me using tablet to do it or not
