Yes I couldn’t believe I read that “joke” comment correctly.

Going back to 2007 in France/ Britain the Pumas actually came third beating France in the final game - Having reached the semi finals. They are a good side. They beat the All Blacks a few weeks ago - they have been an established and respected International side for 16 years

That was 9 years ago and exactly what I was saying. They have become a top side that beats Southern hemisphere teams. Just as lower European sides will in the future.

Wales reached the semifinals in the first world cup at a time they were struggling in the 5 nations. Wales first played Argentina in 1968. They have developed into a very good side since. There's no reason that other European sides can't do the same.

Argentina weren’t rubbish 10 years ago Glad we can all agree that. You say Wales were struggling in the 5 Nations when they got to the semi finals. Ok finished 4th out of 5 7 months previously but in 1988 won the Championship and that was only 3 months later.
