Anyone going to watch. It’s been a great series and goes down to the final game. Personal feel England are getting themselves into a bit of muddled with the batting order and squad selection for the WC.
 
I'm watching after the City game. Its a far better watch than Leeds v villa.

I hope (also presume) they will pick the best available side with an eye on the WC opener. This is the chance to get them in during a massive high pressure match / atmosphere.

I get we've been tinkering. That's needed with a few slots to fill. Yet today just pick the best available side that's probably minus Butler and a couple of others (Livingston)

I think Salt and Brook are the two who've maid most of an impression. Although clearly Salt has the issue of the England top 2 being set.

Although I'm saying pick the best available. You have to mange Wood. Although I'm sure he will want to play today.
 
Think Salt will play in the WC because it’s a lot to ask Butler to keep wicket, open and captain the team. In the summer we had the chance to try things out but stuck with the tried and tested. It just feels like we’ve got no real idea what’s our best batting order and who makes the team.
 
Didn't realise until yesterday that we have a test series in December with them 👍

That should be good and some decent post WC cricket. I always scoff at footballers moaning about schedules. Yet christ these cricketers don't have get some game time and moved around the world in various formats.
 
The key will be selecting the right bowlers.

Worked and Rashid are key, with a proper fasty like Wood or Jordan. The other choices are plentiful. Batting wise it’s not about talent just whether they come off on the day. This series will have done them so much good.
 
The pool to choose from is encouraging, we have some really good T20 players, but the final selection will be a headache and conundrum for the selectors.
