Erik Ten Hag

He's a bit like Rishi Sunak in so far as he is always trying to convince people that things aren't that bad despite all of the evidence to the contrary.

Last night he even had the audacity to point out that they have only lost 4 games so far in 2024! That may be factually accurate, but they are 8th in the league with a negative goal difference and they regularly allow the opposition 20+ goal attempts in a game. I really hope Arsenal tear them a new one at the weekend before he tries to spin another positive narrative from that.

Amusing to hear young Jamie Carragher state that because of the major restructuring needed at United they might choose not to sack him as they face a period of rebuilding. Not sure I follow the logic but a spell of mediocrity would be excellent as far as I'm concerned.

Not sure how he is still in a job.

That team is a disgrace. There are no patterns of play, no solidity on the pitch, nothing.

They allow the opposition to shoot at their goal for fun, every single game.

If Arsenal want to, I reckon they could easy smash 6 past them on Saturday if they felt like it.

That FA Cup Final v Man City, at the moment, will be nothing but a pummeling.

Imagine if Sancho and Marcel Sabitzer won the Champions League after leaving Man Utd, kind of indicative of how **** Man Utd is right now
