what just happened here is that as I'd finished piling loads of dirty stuff into the dishwasher I realised that I hadn't emptied the clean half load from yesterday, I hate it when that happens.

The tablets thing is simple. The presentation of the box is such that if you hold it the right way up with the front facing you and open the flap with your right hand you'll get the leaflet wrapped round the blister pack. Well that's my theory anyway, it's not chance.

Another one, from a few days ago, but it's happened before. Hearing that the washing machine has just finished, opening it and wondering why everything is still dirty but covered in soap. It's because I'd forgotten that I'd last used the machine to spin dry some towels and forgotten to switch it back. Just spun a load of dirty stuff and smashed the soap capsule
