Thoroughly modern Rob??? I think you’re getting it mixed up with some other ground. The last time I went it had a hole in the roof that had a sponsor and they have to put numbers on the gates on the street next to it so they know which yard the ball has gone in.

I'm going to forest on boxing day and Blackpool. So it's one I'm not fussed about missing (Sheff UTD on TV).

I'm also down south. I'm probably the only Boro fan who was praying for Southampton or Brighton away

Love this tie for us. Mansfield were the second team of my good mate Muttley, from the Blue Hall crew, who I went to a lot of Boro games with in the 80s.
So hopefully a draw then give them some extra money with a replay (sorry I can't remember if they still have replays of 3rd round games). We'll win that then get Man U away in fourth round and knock them out too.
