Richard Whiteley was on the next table to mine at a Proms event at Castle Howard . He had a few dolly birds with him . Bit of a lad he was !

I was in a hotel in Cardiff about 25 years ago, in the bar were a lot of the Australian Rugby Team. They started to play wit my 2 year old daughter, chasing her around the bar and reception trying to get her teddy. They were a really nice bunch who were missing their families, even the dreaded David Campese who we had a drink with.

I hired a car to David Jason when he was performing in Bristol.

Literally bumped into Natalie Cassidy at Liverpool Street station one afternoon I was just about to turn the corner to the tube as she came round same corner.

Another Eastenders related one I laugh at myself about was dean Gaffney in tall trees one Saturday night. He was chatting up a couple of girls I knew. I kept going back to them & looking at him because I recognised him I kept asking where I knew him from I thought I had played football against him. To be fair I had had few drinks & I was off my head he probably kept thinking here's that numpty gurning his face off. Still took the 2 girls I knew to tell me who he was in the end
