Supporters Direct - was all about fans buying shares and being part of Trusts. Nothing like that ever got off the ground in Middlesbrough, largely because there wasn't the demand was the message from supporters when these things were mooted in the past.
I can only say from attending national supporter meetings that our supporter engagement at Middlesbrough is envied by most fans in the top two divisions.
 
It all seems a bit PR speak to me from a brief look at it.
Myself, I don't think we want to engage via consultants - would much rather we engaged direct.
