Hi everyone, I'm ok and have just decided to give posting on here a swerve for a while. In my view, a handful of posters let themselves down after the queen's death and it wasn't something I wanted to be associated with. There is a time and place for that type of posting but during the queens mourning wasn't the time. I felt admin could have done a little more to prevent the toxic posts but it turned out they were of the same ilk.

I do pop on from time to time to catch up and always take a glance at Nobby's Notebook, who wouldn't?

Sorry you felt that. I actually personally blocked and banned several accounts in the period of mourning and I also made several posts appealing for respect to be shown.
It was obviously an upsetting time for so many. I was not able to watch the msg brd 24/7 because of prior commitments but did my best to remove offending posts and posters afterwards.
I hope you will return to posting Norman.

Agree with your sentiments, Norman. Some pretty poor posts done around that time.
