Fiona Bruce at odds with Tory MP

I think Bruce favours government representatives particularly when challenging and interrupting. I haven’t got evidence statistically but it’s a tendency I have noticed whenever I watch it. I don’t like her as a presenter but that’s another argument entirely.

Was Dimbleby ever scrutinished to this extent? As a former member of the Bullingdon Club you'd imagine there's the slightest of possibilities that he may have at least been friends with an evil Tory voter!

Her best was when she interjected when a panel member was discussing Stanley Jonhson breaking his wife's nose. "His friends would say that's an isolated incident."

I'm glad she lost her ambassador role for a domestic abuse charity following that.

No because he was actually a decent host and we weren't in the midst of this shambles of a Tory Government.

She actually said "Friends of his have said it DID happen, it was a one-off.”

Of course, she could have said nothing and just left it as an unverified accusation.
